• Are there additional customization options beyond those mentioned?

• Can I cancel a custom strap order?

  Yes, you are allowed to cancel a custom order. However, it's important to note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied when cancelling an order that has already entered production.

• Can I initiate a return for a custom-made strap?

  Yes, you are welcome to initiate a return for a custom strap by following our standard return procedure. Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be applied since custom-made straps cannot be readily resold.

• Can I order a custom strap similar to a discontinued product?

  Yes, we may be able to create a custom strap resembling a discontinued product, provided that the necessary materials are still available. Please get in touch with our team to confirm the feasibility before placing your order.

• Can I order alligator colours that are not listed on the website?

  Yes, you can! • Can I use a discount code for a custom strap?

  Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to custom strap orders.

• Can I utilise my OEM Clasp with the custom strap?

  Certainly, you have the option to select this feature when making your custom order. Please ensure that the width of the strap's buckle matches that of your OEM clasp.

• Can you create custom rubber straps?

  Currently, we specialise in crafting custom leather straps and do not offer custom rubber strap options.

• How do I make sure the custom alligator colour I want is available?

  Before placing your order, consult with the Delugs team to confirm the availability of the desired alligator colour. Only proceed with your order if you have received confirmation to avoid any issues.

• How long does it take to receive a custom-made strap?

  6-8 weeks.
